Yes, it is possible to create a webpage using notepad, but why bother when you can use a program specially designed to create web pages - that program is Web Page Teacher.
Now, don't get me wrong, I think using notepad to create a webpage is perfectly fine, but I honestly believe you'll find it much easier and quicker using Web Page Teacher.
Take note that if you create a webpage using notepad, you need to remember all the html code and then manually save the webpage, then view it in a browser. This is tedious. You can accomplish the same thing in Web page Teacher with just a few mouse clicks, and so much more.
There are so many advantages to using Web Page Teacher to create a webpage than using notepad. You need to remember, also, that notepad was solely designed to create/view simple documents.
