Make a web page with Frames or without?

Before you make a web page with Frames, consider this...

If you decide to make a web page or website with frames, there are some things you need to know.

Firstly, frames can either complement a website or make it look unprofessional. You don't want to ruin web pages that took you hours to create with a framed site.

If you must use frames, use a very simple frame design, and make a web page that will fit within those frames - otherwise you'll end up annoying your website visitors if they have to scroll from side to side, etc.

If you intend to make a web page that ranks high in the search engines, forget about using frames. Search engines find it difficult to index your web pages within frames. More than likely they'll ignore your site and all your hard work that went into making web pages.
